I rarely right reviews and I hate to complain however, this company was so difficult to work with. Advanced Appraisal does not work after 5pm or weekends which does not work for part-time realtors who have day jobs. Furthermore, they handled the appraisal on Tuesday, guaranteed it would be sent over within 3 days. It is now the following Monday and they just sent it to the lender. I am notifying the lender who I use to service many properties for myself and clients that we will go to another lender if they continue to work w... read more

Advanced Appraisal presented me with a the most comprehensive and detailed report I have ever received. They were very timely with the report and made the process enjoyable. I highly recommend them.
