My fault for not reading the reviews. Do yourself a HUGE FAVOR. Find someone else. They are extremely unprofessional and they lie. They overcharge and they double charged my CC and didn’t take it off. I’ve been asking for MONTHS. And now they don’t answer.
They are insane! They made a mistake and have MY information on a report that I DID NOT do. Then they said they have my picture and got it off Facebook when I’ve NEVER had Facebook in my life. They don’t have no computers to input proper database and want to bill me for their staff mistake. They now have reported me to collection. My lawyers have been contacted and I’m going to sue this company to the point of no return. What was done is ILLEGAL!
Do yourself a favor and find another company. Their system needs major updates & they lack organization. You will either be double billed or overfilled by mistake. The reviews speak for themselves. everyone isn't lying.
I've read many of these reviews and must say those claiming "dishonesty", "unprofessional" or "misrepresentation" strike me as false and vengeful. FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! This company is absolutely fraudulent! I hired them to do asbestos testing as instructed by my mold remediation company. They said it would be $350 for asbestos and $450 for lead. I said my home is a 1990 construction and I don't need to do a lead test. They told me it had to be done by law and are forcing me to pay $800. I called and complained and they said they would send this to collections.
