Very kind and informative staff. In and out in a timely matter!
Allergy shots are fast and you get in and out very fast. Wait times with provider on the other hand are ridiculous. Waited over an hour and a half to be seen for a simple consultation about allergy shot renewal this year. Please respect your patient’s appointment times and if you can’t be accommodating don’t schedule them if you can’t be on time. Thank you.
We have always had the best customer service from the front desk staff. All of the nurses and doctors have been amazing. They explain everything in detail and provide you with all of the information you need about your diagnosis and treatment. If you are looking for an allergist I would highly recommend this office.
let me begin w this practice and their customer service. I had gone for a skin test and everything was fine. They gave me the option to do an allergy kit and i agreed signed the papers and all that. I was never able to make it to the appoitment in february because i had to fly out the country until may. I called back in may to set up an appt and my car broke down.
