I’ve been going to Advanced Allergy & Asthma of Virginia in Innsbrook for about 2–3 years now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NOT GO HERE. Very disappointed in this practice and the doctor. Went in to the office with the sole purpose of obtaining Zolair and I had to repeatedly follow up with them for over 1.5 month and still following up. The last one as recent as a week ago where they told me Zolair was denied because my son never got a blood test to prove my son had allergies. Please look elsewhere if there are any concerns for billing or payment. I did not find them to be up front with costs and was later billed despite payment at service. I’ve never had success using their online payment portal either.

I am getting the xolair shot for a few month and I never got spoken to so disrespectful until now. The lady yelled at me interrupted me and was very rude. I will call my insurance about this and I will find me a different doctor. This was very disrespectful and rude.

Booking an appointment online was very easy and they got me in in a timely fashion. I arrived for my appointment to friendly faces and didn’t have to wait at all. Reception was great, the nurses were great, and so was Dr. Feinstein. I even asked for them to retest a couple things that I was worried about and without hesitation they did. Genuine nice people here.
