They tried to charge me $3k for replacing a compressor that was under warranty. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. What a joke.
The circumstances were unfortunate, but our experience with Advanced Air Specialist was fantastic!! They assessed our unit and had a new one installed within 24 hours. Joey is great and handled our pets with ease. I would highly recommend them!! The price was fair and everyone we worked with was very friendly.

Very Poor customer service. Wasted two hours waiting on a phone call. They had a two hour window but couldn't even make that.
I had a new system put in, just last year. I came home a couple of days ago and it was too warm in the house for the air t be working. I called them and they sent someone out in a fair amount of time and it was fixed quickly and with a smile and friendly manner, from both the work man and the dispatch operator. Thanks so much for helping make my house feel like home again.
