Exceptionally good experience. I live out of state and was attempting to secure repairs for a property I own in the area. Advanced was extremely prompt in responding to my need and working with me to get the repairs taken care of with minimum interruption to my schedule. Estimates were "spot on"...no surprises. The office staff and repair technicians were absolutely professional and courteous. Advanced will be my go-to company for any and all a/c needs I may have in the future.

I found the people who worked at my home to be curteous, on-time, and professional. They did an excellent job for me. As a result of their work, I can now lower my thermostat seven degrees.....What a difference in my electric bill.
