Dustin, an employee at this company got into an accident with my 65 year old mother and now @Advanced Air Heating and Cooling refuses to call her back and address the accident. First the employee tried to convince her to pay for the damages out of pocket, after arguing with them they finally contacted police to get a police report. The driver then provided invalid and expired insurance information. I have had to call for two consecutive days with empty promises from their supervisor to call back and their receptionist.
