Don't support this business. Terrible experience with Advanced HVAC. Had Kammie out to provide a quote on a large job and was very kind and accommodating with her (meeting on her desired date and time) and showed her all around. She was rude and arrogant with me, makes me wonder how on earth people like this stay in business? Ultimately wasted weeks of my time when I could have been working with another HVAC company already. Kamie was our initial contact and we got scheduled for her to come quote our needs very quickly. She worked hard and quick! We asked for a number of bids, and not only were Kamie and Chris quick about providing pricing, they also gave us options to help us, which other companies did not. Once accepted we were scheduled immediately. The work only took 3 days, which was a HUGE relief for us since our space was almost unbearable. After multiple calls I was finally able to speak with to get a quote and during that phone call, I was actually told that they just received my third message, that’s not my problem. Afterwards, I finally got to speak to somebody to schedule a time to come out and get a quote, they never showed up. Days later I get a text message saying they can come in 30 minutes.
