We had a horrible experience! The receptionist was clueless and couldn't get my paperwork straight with someone else's paperwork. She wanted me to sign paperwork for a different patient! She kept asking another patient for her drivers license when the patient had already given it to her a couple of times. The nurse never introduced herself and was extremely rude! She didn't x-ray and was questioning my 14 yr old daughter on what foot was her left foot. She was also rough with my daughter and made my daughter cry. The doctor ... read more
Terrible customer service from the front counter.
Everyone here is super nice and you receive fast quality care.
Receptionist is rude. You're the first person I see. I expect a hello. And the receptionist talks like work is the very last place she wants to be at.
This place is the best one that I've ever been to! Sports physicals and illness. So fast and never crowded. Keep it in mind this cold and flu season!
