Okay, so let me get this straight, the Urgent Care is supposed to open at 9am; it's posted online, it's posted on the door. However, they casually start opening at 10am as if nothing is wrong, not a care in the world. My father then asks about radiology, to get a chest x-ray. The response is, "oh, yes the radiologist called out, no radiology until Thursday." They were reminded that it's only Tuesday, and they respond, "that's just the way it is". Fue a la parte de ultrasonido de comunity medical gropus y demasiada espera para que t atiendan. Llegué con cita y me atendieron por orden de llegada. Iba con una niña que le indicaron tomar líquidos para un ultrasonido por lo q comenzó a tomar desde casa y me hicieron esperar 1:45 minutos para que me atendieran. Entonces para qué se hace la cita. Entiendo que siempre hay que esperar algo pero fue demasiado.

Called to make an appointment no answer. Left a message no call back after 3 hours. Went to the location during operating hours, no one was there. No communication about when they would be back or why no one was there
