He even figured out i had a warranty and called the dealership that originally replaced my tranny (THAT GM Dealership told me im not covered and lied about the warranty) So he called another GM dealer to verify the gm warranty. Great honest service, easy to work, highly recommend
Highly recommend. I was referred to Robert by the company that does our auto maintenance when my transmission was going out. He was able to schedule an appointment within a few days and completed the diagnosis the day of my appointment. He provided me with two very good options and was able to install a rebuild (with warranty) that same week. I found Robert to be fair, honest, and very efficient in getting my Tahoe back on the road. Now I know why he was referred by another auto repair shop.
2012 Toyota Camry, vibrating between switching gears (going from 2nd to 3rd). Inquired about potential fixes on a Monday, got dropped it off the next night, and the car was ready the following Wednesday. Vibrating is gone and transmission is smoothly shifting. Excellent service!
