This review is way overdue. I took my F-150 to Robert do he could just take it for a test drive that he fit in with a busy schedul. 2 other well known shops told me I had a transmission issue. We weren't down the road a few miles and Robert said it's not your transmission. He thought it was my drive shaft even though I had just replaced it with a Ford OEM drive shaft. He removed it, arranged for it to be taken to Grand Rapids to have it balanced and then reinstalled it. Guess what? The vibration was gone. Robert saved me tho... read more

100% Recommend this honest helpful company! Great place! Great experience! I Had a Transmission issue Robert took time to explain everything that could be wrong in detail. He even figured out i had a warranty and called the dealership that originally replaced my tranny (THAT GM Dealership told me im not covered and lied about the warranty) So he called another GM dealer to verify the gm warranty. Going way above and beyond! Also because of Robert and his help, I'm getting my Transmission fixed for FREE! I highly recommend!! ... read more
