We received great service from Ron Kimsey, Facility Manager regarding the transmission on our 2014 Mazda CX5. We took our car to a dealership previously who told us we needed a new transmission and diverential for $14,100 . Ron made an appointment with us to get a second opinion. Our car doesn't need what the dealership recommended! We will go back for any future transmission issues with our vehicles.
Scott and his crew are awesome, they got us in and rebuilt our tranny in no time, I would Highly recommend!!!
Called on a Thursday during the holidays and took car in on Friday. Was diagnosed and quoted a price in 4 hours. Shop closed until Tuesday when I dropped off to be fixed. Car was back in my garage the following Thursday after a complete re- build. Very satisfied with service and price.
Scott is a con- artist. He knows nothing about transmissions or running a business. He will take your money. Stay far far away.
