Fixed my busted wheel They fixed my bent rim. They were friendly, quick, and the price was great. No complaints, and I'd definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
Reliable Advance Tire Company is a business you can count on. I have used them both to replace my tires and for brake work. They gave me a very competitive rate on top rate new tires and got the job done quickly and well. They were equally professional when fixing my brakes. They made suggestions on ways to improve my car (i.e. new brake pads, etc) but were not pushy and explained the reasons for things. They are honest and reliable in what they do.
Horrible, horrible customer service This site did an inspection on my car. There were very, very minor issues (headlight and brakelight), yet Steve Clay refused to do the work in his shop. This subjected me to driving around the city taking the risk of getting ticket or being towed. To my mind, he just randomly decided that he didn't want to do the work, either based on the way I looked or that the job wasn't worth his time. I like this place I travel alot and i go down to mass alot to visit family. I have been there with flat tires and getting stuck on the highway no not fun.I like this place I came to him with car problems and this man was very nice to me.He worked pretty quickly. He told that it was always good to come in early for an inspection because the business gets really busy at the end of the month. I didnt pay too mcuh either so yea I like this place. above and beyond I recently needed new tires and called advance tire in cambridge.I also had a time constrant and a small window to get my tires. I spoke to Rick who turned out to be the manager,he explained the difference in the tires and we settled on a particular set of tires.I could not have been more happy with the purchase,and would definetely go back.Keep up the good work advance Tire.
Helped me out when no one else would So i bought a set of new rims for my Acura, not realizing i had purchased an odd size, i had to find the correct tire size both for my car and my new rims. After going to everyother tire company in the area i stopped into advanced tire. The manager Rick explained why i was having a problem find the right set up. Not recommended This place charged 3 times the retail price for a replacement part, and it's not clear if that part even needed replacement. Get a second opinion before getting things fixed here.
Tire repair and car service I went in for new tires and was extremely happy with my experience. The patience and knowledge of the staff was wonderful. They took the time to explain what would be best for my car-I wasn't spoken down to or made to feel like I had to buy things that my car didn't need. The counter staff made the experience very easy and uncomplicated for me-especially since I know very little about tires. RecommendedI've been here several times & could not recommend a more friendly and professional staff. As I have a much older Prius, I've not wanted to put the most expensive replacement tires. They have been most useful in helping me with my needs & finding great solutions! Certainly, they cannot make much of a profit from me, but I think they appreciate my loyalty as well.
