RecommendedI've been here several times & could not recommend a more friendly and professional staff. As I have a much older Prius, I've not wanted to put the most expensive replacement tires. They have been most useful in helping me with my needs & finding great solutions! Certainly, they cannot make much of a profit from me, but I think they appreciate my loyalty as well. Never have I ever had such an easy fun experience at an auto place. A calamity of events left me 300 miles away from home and in a rush to be somewhere, they took such good care of me. Thank you Rick and Elias.
They diagnosed my issue, suggested reasonable solutions, kept me informed, got the work done that day and for less than the estimate. They were also really friendly and easy to work with.
DO Not go there for an inspection sticker!! These guys tried to scam me into buying two new tires on my two year old Jeep. Never had any problems and the tires looked fine - 44k highway miles! They failed my car and then had the audacity to charge me $35 but told me not to worry they would have new tires for me in two days and Then they would pass it! Was told by my local mechanic this is a big problem right now in Boston with inspection scammers. Find another place to go - it’s not worth it.
We were in Boston for work/fun when my husband’s car got very hot. We thought we were going to have to have it towed, and we would have to take the train home. The guys at the hotel recommended Advanced Tire. Rick agreed to take a look. He called me a couple hours later, let me know what happened and what the repair would cost. We had the car back before 5 pm. Vacation time saved! Really nice place to do business-friendly and professional.
Have always recieved excellent service at this location. Fast and courteous as well as a convenient location.
Mr. Whynock, "Why knock" an establishment without speaking to them first? I have been a customer with them for well over 10 years. I myself and others I've recommended to go there can't say enough about how good the work they do is, and how courteous and professional the whole staff is!
