Reached out to this office to schedule a routine scan that I have done twice a year, sent over the doctor's orders immediately, and then AT Radiology said they submitted it to insurance. That was about a month ago, and they have done no follow up whatsoever. When I inquired about the status, they said "it is pending with insurance." That was now weeks ago.
