Shop around before considering Advance Tactics Advance Tactics guards have worked at our hotel for a few weekends. The guards are ok, although I did catch one sleeping on an over night shift. Some of them are a little "greasy" and don't give the intimidating presence i think a guard should have. What's worse is the internal staff. Their sales staff is a nightmare and they don't listen to any of my feedback. They have more of an "I'm always right" attitude. Going to lose some business that way...
