Took an hour to get in there just to see Gonzalez for about 4 minutes
Every several years I have to go in for a hemorrhoid procedure performed by Dr. Gemis who is a fine doctor. The procedure for most people is an outpatient procedure, but in my case I have to be admitted to the hospital for few days because of the unbearable and excruciating pain I experience after the procedure. This place is a bunch of crooks! I made an appt for 8am, had all of my paperwork sent over for gallbladder removal. At 845 the receptionist tells me and multiple other people Dr V still isn't in. After waiting around for another hour, I tell them to refund my copay and I will not be making another appointment. They gave me the money back without an apology. I just now got a bill in the mail for $25 copay. They billed my insurance for a full new patient comprehensive appointment for $425 and BCBS paid it!!!! I called BCBS to ... read more
