If I could give 0 stars I would. A terrible company for clients and employees. There is no HR, so if any manager mistreats you and they manage a house that is desperate for management, then good luck! No one is going to help you. If you're someone that speaks up for yourself, fellow employees, and clients then they'll try to drive you out. They only want staff who are "yes men" even if that includes putting themselves in harm's way.

This is one of the worst companies to work for let alone allow them to take care of your mentally challenged family members ! You never get a reply from them and the managers of the group homes are completely careless I do not recommend there services to anyone ! Your loved one will not be taken care of in the ways they try to explain these people only care about the money and not the safety of the clients worst company ever !!!
