Technician ordered parts and I'm still waiting. Ice maker still not repaired.

The technician was right on he was excellent I couldn't have had anybody better than Tommy Carpenter. It was getting ahold of the office and speaking to the girls their who at times was not polite. As far as the technician goes he was a plus
