No now return my call or fix my fridge.
Tech never called us back didnât know why refrigerator stop cooling
Had a scheduled Monday appointment made by Lowes. I was told by Lowes they would inform Advance Solution. Somebody forgot to tell somebody about that arrangement. Waited all day for at least a phone call - nothing.
The tech came to fix my ice maker in my fridge over three weeks ago. Two days after the visit the ice maker was still not working. I called back service and the tech contacted me stating I needed a new ice maker and he would order it for me and it would take a week to get . After more than two weeks I still have not heard from anyone. I called and left messages no return calls. I e-mailed a request for some status no return emails. What is going on? The problem was not fix
The technician never came. I made two appointments and now am using another company.
Thought it was okay. Tech told me installed incorrectly and if I just raised the drain hose higher it would drain properly. He couldnât do that I am not sure why. Just a nail to up high. Now I have done that ran The dishwasher and it is full of water on bottom. Not happy to empty it out again
Itâs impossible to get in touch with anyone at your company the technician came out told us we needed the part and then neither of us or Loweâs could find out when the part was due in or when the service was going to be rescheduled. Anniff was polite and helpful.
