I have used Advanced Solutions for 5 years. They are so nice, knowledgeable, responsive and incredibly thorough. They text me before coming every other month, and are on top of it which I really appreciate to ensure that our house is well taken care of from a bug standpoint. Our bug guy, Gabriel, is fantastic and very communicative. He found a leak under my sink because he is always making sure to replace all the traps consistently, as well as some termite wings on a random window sill. As a rental property manager this location can be difficult to find good help. Luiz and the team have been a great help. They have proven they are reliable, reasonable on price, and go above and beyond. They pointed out some areas we could seal to prevent bugs from entering. I didn't need to ask they are proactive. When complete I received photos. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank you!

We had pest issues in our newly purchased house in Hollywood South Lake. Gabriel, the technician, was amazing—professional, friendly, and very effective. He got rid of the roaches and rats and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend!
I had a flea infestation and they showed up the next day and were able to eliminate the fleas within 4 hours. Very professional!
