We love our home! The space is gorgeous! We especially love the subway tile, high ceilings, dark floors and crisp white finishes. The neighborhood is fantastic and we enjoy jumping onto the bike path right outside our patio doors! The Advance Properties team is a joy to work with. They are kind, attentive and professional. Thank you to Advance Properties for creating a beautiful, safe and affordable place for our little family.
Been living at the candlelight colony building for nearly two years. Friendly neighbors, for the most part quiet, and tenets just mainly keep to themselves. Landlords are friendly is quick to fix things when needed.
Love my townhouse and all of the staff. Advance Property is the best place I have rented from in Davenport. When there is something wrong, it is fixed. The property is well kept and my family could not ask for a better place to rent from. Thank you.
