We're a salon in West Hartford center and when we came in one morning we noticed we had a water problem. I immediately called Advance Plumbing and they responded very quickly to our situation. When Brian arrived not only did he explain the problem, but resolved the problem quickly. Brian was very respectful and professional to our situation, because at the time we were very busy with clients. I would very highly recommend the team at Advance Plumbing and that's why we use them at our house.
Advance Plumbing & Heating has done many plumbing jobs in my home over the many years I have owned it. They are quick to respond to my call, arrive on time, correct or repair issues with great expertise and are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them. We had our gas conversion complleted at the end of January and we could not be happier with the work done by Advance Plumbing.. Not only were they prompt with answering all of our (probably annoying) questions, but they also took the time to explain everything installed. Prior company installed PVC elbows and pipe on air cond. condenser line a year before. Did not leave me with any instructions. Elbow froze and cracked, then leaked when air cond. was run. Refused any responsibility . I called Advance, who told me how to maintain system, brought me anti freeze, and did a nice quick job replacing the broken fitting. Am going to use them for all my household needs.
