We contract with this company to inspect our home yearly for termites. On two occasions recently we had these little flying bugs in our kitchen and were concerned they might be termites. We called and they sent Michael out to give the inspection at no cost to us. We were so impressed with Michael! He did a very thorough investigation to make sure that what we had was not an indication that we had termites. He addressed our concerns in a very respectful and professional way. He represented the company very well.
