I never leave reviews so taking time to leave one is a big deal. This place is absolutely amazing. I love everything about Dr. Mody! She has amazing bedside manner, she listens and is very on top of my children’s health. I am very picky about doctors and have been to several since moving into the area. Dr. Arora was our son’s doctor before we moved out of state and we always had a pleasant experience with him, his nurses, and front office staff. There were a few times where we had to call the office for advice after hours, was prepared to leave a message, but Dr. Aurora himself answered the phone even when he was out of the office. Dr Arora is amazing. I like that he can get us in quickly and doesn’t make us wait around for 30+ min like some of the other doctors I have seen. He has also called me back personally to discuss concerns I had with my kids when they were sick over the phone. Doesn’t push vaccines and actually does what the parents feel is best!
I highly recommend this office as well as the cactus office. The doctors are very attentive and are straightforward. There’s no wasting time which I appreciate because sometimes we get there right before she needs to eat so the quicker the better! They have been beyond helpful with finding an audiologist for my daughter and working with me on that. As a young mom and a first time mom I never felt pushed, rushed, or judged. Dr. Arora is one of the best doctors. He literally answers the phone himself and listens. He goes above and beyond to care for his patients. I definitely recommend him and his staff for your child’s care.
