I highly recommend this office as well as the cactus office. The doctors are very attentive and are straightforward. There’s no wasting time which I appreciate because sometimes we get there right before she needs to eat so the quicker the better! They have been beyond helpful with finding an audiologist for my daughter and working with me on that. As a young mom and a first time mom I never felt pushed, rushed, or judged. I had a very bad experience with Advanced Pediatrics, specifically Dr. Aurora. As a new mom I want a pediatrician who takes the time with my child and shows they actually care. Every appointment was extremely rushed and he always acted like he was just trying to get us out the door as soon as possible. I’m really shocked by all the good reviews this place has. This office was a god-send for us. Dr. Arora supports your decision-making as parents, however he will offer his advice and pointers. When we had some concerns he was able to calm our nerves and give us sound advice as first-time parents. Our family relocated to Northern Arizona so unfortunately we have to switch to a local pediatrician. I wish Advance Pediatrics had an office up here! Thank you to the team for all you do.

We were referred to Advance Pediatrics by our PCP in Nov 2024 since they don’t carry vaccines for children. After calling the Cactus office, we were unknowingly scheduled at Yearling. We arrived late and confused because of their lack of communication, but they still saw us. The visit felt rushed and impersonal, like we were wasting their time—not new parents with a newborn. Update for my review. Specifically for the Dr. Your lack of professionalism on the phone was shocking! As a doctor you should know how to conduct yourself in a more professional manner. 10 minutes after my orignal review posted the Dr called me. Before 8 AM. "Hello, I saw your review, I sent a text to our billing department and they will reach out. If you owe us, we will keep the money. If not we will refund it." Thank you for the update.
