Knows his stuff, but a very very difficult & unfriendly Russian-immigrant style about him. His retail store is a mess & dirty & untidy, the storefront a disaster. Oye Vey.
Great and fast service to repair a consumable part on our old workhorse of a printer. They don't make them like they used to! Albert was helpful over the phone before coming out to check the machine and was finished with replacing the part in less than a half hour. I will call him again !
Brought my Fellowes brand copier to be fixed by this kind gentleman named "Albert" I believe. I honestly didn't think it could be done as I had an IT friend look at it and pronounce it pretty much hopeless. Albert got it done in a timely fashion and frankly I was extatic at the price, since I would have had to probably buy a brand new one for my business. I will never go anywhere else again. Couldn't be happier.
Great shop, took in my Fellowes printer and it was fixed within the week. Incredibly fast service and - what's not to love about Albert?
