Can't say enough good things about my first experience with Advance. Our Certified Technician Dave B. expertly took care of three (3) Andersen window repairs over two trips. Pleasant, professional, and efficient-Dave was just excellent! I will also put in a good word for Advance's Coordinator, Mikala, not positive on the spelling, but she was very good also. I had a back door replaced with a sliding door. The entire process from sales to installation went smooth. I'm very happy with the end result and all the details they took care of during the installation.
We just had windows installed by Rory and his crew.What a great experience they provided for my wife and I. The whole experience from the estimate given by Matt to the follow up with Gary to the less then 1 full day install .Advance did a great job. Thank you all.
This company is so fantastic. They do excellent work, and they are quick and thorough!
Customer Care is top shelf. We had a slight railing issue and called to see what can be done. A project mgr arrived within 2 days and started the ball rolling. Parts were found and installed right away. Professional and courteous is how I would describe the Advance team. Thank you
