Advance Heating was first on the scene to submit a quote for a new furnace. I felt comfortable with the presentation, but still wanted a few more quotes in order to get a balanced view of scope of work. We eventually decided to upgrade our AC as well. Nothing fun about having to replace your furnace but Advance Heating & Cooling KW made it as painless as possible. During my initial call, Vincent tried to troubleshoot and give me some helpful tips to try and reboot my furnace. When that didn’t work, i was able to quickly make an appointment and after the assessment, decided that a new furnace made most sense.
