Five sessions and $1200 later, I'm being told that they aren't actually diagnosing me with anxiety, to have the diagnosis will be several hundred dollars. Also, no medication for it, just cognitive behavioral therapy at $240 an hour. I was looking for a cause and a solution, not to just chat with a random stranger. Literally all they're doing is milking your benefits until you have none left. Better off dealing with Better Help, they don't diagnose either but at least they don't charge you full price for doing absolutely not... read more
