After reviewing the clinic’s stated ethical standards and seeing who was included on their team, I was seriously concerned and disappointed. This made me lose trust in the clinic’s apparent standards.

I think that Advance Health is, unfortunately, a perfect representation of the Canadian health care system, and particularly, the Canadian mental health care system, that is, almost non-existent. I started with a therapist that I chose myself, based on her qualifications, and I stayed with her for about 18 months (I did not meet with her too frequently because at $175 an hour, my insurance would barely cover 10 sessions). I have been working with adelina for several months and I can honestly say that I look at the world in a different way. Her kind and gentle nature mix with her wisdom and experience really helped me through the hardest times of my life. I highly recommend her for anyone experiencing life hardships, like going through a divorce or feeling lonely, depressed, sad or just feeling stuck in life. Thank you Adelina.

Left them a message for intake saying please don’t call me due to privacy reasons only email and they did not respect that and will not stop calling me I’m going to need therapy just for dealing with them

I've been seeing Sam K. for nearly 5 years now and it has been life-changing for me. I am living a life where I feel a lot more in control rather than feeling like I'm being controlled by people in my life. I still see her because she has been so great in helping me through difficult and ever changing relationship dynamics.
