Nice guys, its a real LBS, i go here, even though its a bit further then another.
I stopped in to buy a cheapie commuter bike, and the clerk (I'm awful with names) was extremely polite and helpful, even when I had an hour-long moment of indecision. The shop has a nice layout, with a good assortment of entry-level through high-end bicycles. Highly recommend this shop!
Best bike shop in Syracuse! Bought a bike in October, brought it in in December for a tune up, they held it until our daughter returned to college in January (all at no charge!) and they delivered it to her dorm when she returned!
Great place. Staff is very knowledgeable on the products that they carry. Doesn't matter if you are a beginner or a seasoned Rider. They will go out of their way to assist you and make sure that your experience with them is nothing more than great. As of two weeks ago I was a new customer purchasing my first mountain bike. Now they have a lifetime customer and I am guaranteed to return in the future. Thank you to all at Advance Cyclery.
This shop is EXCELLENT! Most pleasant buying experience I've ever had. I felt no pressure to buy something. I went in with little prior knowledge of mountain bikes and the sport. Within the first few minutes of being in the store, bikes were being pulled out for me to look at and test ride. Also, every single component of the bike was gone over and explained to me in detail.
