Came in with a bottom bracket and axle for my specialized hark rock. Its a really old model and they didn't have the same exact piece in stock. The mechs worked with me to find a measured match so i could get back on my bike. They also are going to order my actual replace and work around my work schedule. Well worth the trip from Fort Drum. They also have a military discount for those worried if the trip is worth it. Way more knowledgeable and less pretentious than watertown mechs.
Highly recommend Advance Cyclery. Chris did a great job of explaining the sizing for our rapidly growing boy as well as the different types of bikes and their suitability for different terrain. Good selection of bikes at different price points as well.
I cannot give these guys enough praise. They do a fantastic job, they know what they are talking about and when you walk in you feel welcome, even if you ask a million questions that sound ridiculously stupid. Walked into Syracuse Bicycle a while because I thought Advanced Cyclery was closed asked for a turn signal for my bike looked at me like I had three heads.
