0/5 would not recommend at all. They sold me a lemon and pretend to care but they don’t. I purchased my car in August and every month since there is always a problem. From the battery, to the check engine light to NOW the engine overheating and being idle. Every time I bring my car to them for them to check, they claim it’s nothing wrong. Bought my 2016 Focus ST from Advance Auto about a year and a half ago and it’s been a great car! I bought it with right around 60k miles and now I’m over 100k miles with no issues. Mr. Ben made the process seamless and easy and I drove the car off the lot the next day after seeing it. Definitely recommend these folks.
They helped us in every way possible to get my fiance the car he needed/was looking for. After a long drive from Bradenton to Pensacola, and spending half of the day looking at 4 other dealerships for a manul car, the final stop was the perfect stop.
