In 2024, Alberto took good care of my dead battery while replacing it in the hot sun and lots of customers streaming in. 2025 follow-up: I got just the opposite of service when I was told they had no one to replace my battery. My car was DOA, so I had to replace it myself. I've done it before, but lifting the heavy battery did in my back this time. Why advertise something you won't do?
I’m extremely frustrated with this location. I placed an order expecting it to be ready, only to pull up and find out they didn’t even have the part. No communication, no update — just disorganization. On top of that, the A/C in the store doesn’t work, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and distracted. I wasted time, gas, and energy, all for nothing. If you can’t fulfill online orders or properly update customers, don’t offer the service. Renita is EXTREMELY rude, very aggressive and disrespectful and dismissive. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND and they should definitely hire new people
