Bought a new battery to get installed employee Jonas S. didn’t know how to install it. There is a fuse box located on top of my battery. He looked confused and mumbled something under his breath and said “I’m not replacing this battery.” and offered me a refund. I would assume an auto parts store would hire somebody who at least who knows how to change a battery? Update I drove to the next Advanced Auto Parts location up the road and a sweet lady named Regina replaced my battery in 5 minutes. She was so sweet and helpful!!! ... read more
