Frankly the worst service I have ever received. Bought TWO bad batteries at this store. Had to have my car towed to a mechanic because it wouldn’t even unlock the doors the battery was so dead and the car wouldn’t jump (AAA tried). The man at the store was incredibly rude to me, spoke down to me as if I were incapable of understanding the complexities of batteries. Had to have the mechanic explain on the phone why it was showing “good” but when the car cranked up, the voltage dropped from 12.6 to 4.6 and that was the problem... read more
