I went into Advance Auto to look for a hard-to-find part for my GMC Sonoma. Jo Ann was helping me and after a few questions she knew what I needed. She looked up the part and found it at another store and was able to get it to me the same day. Jo Ann was awsome to work with. She was knowledgeable and very friendly. She knew how to take care of the customer. I will be working with Advance Auto in New Berlin for additional parts because there customer service is above and beyond what I expected.
I can NOT say enough great things about this shop. I had a miserable day today starting with a house under plumbing reconstruction... GRRR!! Ending with a dead battery, AAA no show (why am I paying them an annual fee - insert irritated eye roll emoji) & 2 different local Auto Zones that kept me on hold a total of over 10 minutes (although 1 of them was happy to sell me a $220+ battery but had no one to install it today).
