Muy mala atención , quieren que uno llegue a la hora indicada, pero tardar mucho en dejarte entrar y que descarguen tmb , puedes llegar 1 hr antes o a la hora de tu cita , si llegas tarde ya no te aceptan la carga hasta que te programes tu cita
If you come before your appointment they don't take you, if you come on the appointment they make you wait this place sucks
This place is so slow. They want you to come on your appointment time then let trucks go in front of you because there behind. Smfh.
When arriving, park on the pull off before the guard check. Take your paperwork and identification to the guard to check in and when it's your time the guard will come to your truck and let you know what dock to go to. You will also need to slide your tandems. There is no overnight parking unfortunately.
Give my appointment time to another driver and want me to wait for another hour totally unprofessional
