Great Guy Named Steele At The Covington Store. Couldn't Ask For A Nicer Guy. Put In My New Battery Quick And Efficiently.
Q check engine light icon popped up on my dashboard yesterday. Since this location was close to where I live, I needed help, upon arriving, I was waited on quickly, but rather dismissive. The female attendant accompanied me to my vehicle and abruptly asked for my keys, she put the meter on it and gave me a code, I'm already nervous as to the find, she worked a code number at me with no explanations, saying I needed to go to a mechanic and ask. This place is my favorite place to go for the parts and stuff is so kind and helpful..
Had to wait 20 minutes to be waited on while employee was on the phone trying to get her laundry folded, was told they didn't carry the part I needed and nobody seemed to care to help anyway.
Went to Advance in Covington this evening. The two ladies working the night shift were amazing. They always help whenever needed. This is definitely my parts store of choice.
