Went to Advance in Covington this evening. The two ladies working the night shift were amazing. They always help whenever needed. This is definitely my parts store of choice.
Walked in the store and was greeted right away. As I looked around walking up and down the isles I was asked if I needed help, which I did, I couldn’t find what I was looking for. They helped me find what I needed, let me pay, and I was out the door all within about 8 minutes. The manager with the tattoos was super helpful with the assistance of the short brown haired woman. I will definitely bring more of my business here!

I stop by this Advance Auto Parts on my way home today because I wanted to get an oil + oil filter bundle. After walking in I was not greeted by either employees and it was no one in the store. So I proceeded to help my self by finding the oil and filter I needed base of exactly what was advertised. I get to the register the white lady with the brown bob tell me this isn’t apart of the bundle and hand me ad book. I’m like okay. Female manager, multiple tattoos, without fail, EVERYTIME picks up phone and puts you on hold. I've experienced this numerous times on the phone and today I was able to see her in action. 1 customer in store, not including me and to me she appeared to be in full blown panic mode, imo, picks up phone on incoming call, "Advanced Auto, hold".
