This place is my favorite place to go for the parts and stuff is so kind and helpful..
Had to wait 20 minutes to be waited on while employee was on the phone trying to get her laundry folded, was told they didn't carry the part I needed and nobody seemed to care to help anyway.
Went to Advance in Covington this evening. The two ladies working the night shift were amazing. They always help whenever needed. This is definitely my parts store of choice.
Walked in the store and was greeted right away. As I looked around walking up and down the isles I was asked if I needed help, which I did, I couldn’t find what I was looking for. They helped me find what I needed, let me pay, and I was out the door all within about 8 minutes. The manager with the tattoos was super helpful with the assistance of the short brown haired woman. I will definitely bring more of my business here!
