RecommendedI needed a new battery. Jarvais the general manager had my battery read & diagnosed in less than 20 minutes. He was very friendly & knowledgeable . I had a new battery installed in less than 30 minutes & I was on my way.
Went there with a dead battery. They were not able to change it because it’s a difficult car to work on but Kirk went above and beyond when we couldn’t get the car started again. He was patient and didn’t desert me until I could drive off. Many, many thanks Kirk.
I have never been treated with such disrespect. The individuals name was Todd and I was given the worst service experience that I have had anywhere. Your location should be ashamed.
Elliott waited on me and was incredible. Helpful and great customer service. Y'all will always be my "go to" for auto part needs.
While being waited on, the guy locked up the store and left without saying anything. All while my car is still sitting dead in the parking lot.
