Not really impressed with knowledge of people there or the system of ordering online and picking up at store. When trying to explain things that are factual im told that im wrong . I spent over an hour at the store trying to prove with printed statement from your website and my own bank statement that I placed an order. just to be told the order was cancelled( by a manager that wasnt even there to see wht was going on). he was called by staff. or i was told it was sent to a store in virginia.
