Had a few things to pick up was right in and out.
I stopped in Saturday October 18th at 7:30pm to exchange a headlight bulb that I had purchased an extended warranty for. The girl at the counter was very rude and unprofessional, insinuating that I was trying to use my extended warranty under false pretenses, accusing me of presenting a bulb that wasn't covered. This bulb that went out was only a few months old, and I had purchased the extended warranty. Even though I work at advance Auto. I love taking care of customers. Even though a lot of customers don't know much about their cars which I tried to help them so they can take better care of their cars themselves
