Polite, installed car battery appropriately.
The General Manager Cliff was amazing!!! I went in for a diagnostic on my car not knowing what was wrong, after only 10 minutes of being there he already figured out the issue. He was such a kind and amazing man and he has no idea how much he helped me out that day, the car I went in with was the only working vehicle that me and my boyfriend had, mine was stolen last summer. Ordered a battery online. Went to pick it up with my two dogs after jumping my car off. I cut my car off to walk inside and get the battery. The guy asked if he was to install it and I said yes. He began huffing and puffing saying he’s not supposed to if it’s an online order and I would have to wait because his partner was no where to be found. So here I sit in the parking lot with my hood up waiting on AAA to come and they are an hour away. It’s 38 degrees and not one peep from anyone in the store at all.
Excellent service! I described the problem, Clifford went straight to the item, trim panel retainers, and then put them on my truck tailgate at no additional cost. Would not take a gratuity. I live in Winston but I'll drive back to this store just for the service.
