This shop is amazing! They were truly the only ones able to replace a battery (and know that it was a battery issue) when so many other places did not! Mark, the store manager, was kind and so helpful. He gave me a chair to sit down. In the middle of 94° weather he went out and put that battery in within 20 minutes! AutoZone down the street, would not touch it. Two mechanics including Mavis Auto in Clemmons and B Roth in Mocksville, said "it did not need a battery and wouldn't touch it either". I was at this location this afternoon around 8 p.m. From the moment I walked in, I was kindly greeted by Gabe. From the time I walked in the doors, till I was leaving, he helped me with EVERYTHING I needed. He answered every dumb question that I problem had & was overall the friendliest person I've met in a while. Thanks to Gabe for all his help.
