Poor service unless your mother works there. I stood in line over 15 minutes waiting on help, the drivers mother came in and they brought her to the front of the line. So they can help you, they just choose not to? I dont expect special service or even great service, but service of any kind would be great. How about an acknowledgement so you arent being ignored? I left without making a purchase after being there for 20 minutes. Won't be back to that store.
Customer was horrible! Seen that I was a girl and shut me down. I asked him to read my car for an engine service light and he told me his reader couldn’t do that won’t ever go to another advanced but Auto Zone helped right away and didn’t push me away!!
Went in because of an engine service light and got shut down by the employee told me it was most likely an oil problem and didnt want to do his job. It wasn’t an oil problem it was an air flow sensor problem. Poor customer service!
CJ was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. When they couldn't find the exact battery we were looking for, he sold us another one with a longer warranty for a great price. Then he installed it with care and gave me detailed information that was very much appreciated. Will visit this location again for automotive part needs.
I needed a new battery on the spot and after looking online I called and Derrick let me know the battery I needed was in stock. When I arrived Derrick was behind the counter taking multiple calls and helping myself and another customer at the same time. Although very busy, he gave me his time and effort to install my battery in properly, and was very kind and efficient while doing so. Will definitely be back when I need another part for my CR-V. Thanks Derrick!
