Terrible employee there. I go in to pick up an online order. There’s a customer at the register being helped and no other customers in the store. I get behind him to wait my turn and two more customers come in and get in line behind me. The transaction is complete so I go up to the counter as the employee answers the phone. The employees should really make sure they don’t have customers in their building yelling “what the F” and complaining about everything while I tried to get their attention multiple times with my four children standing with me. Had to pretty much yell three times “excuse me” to get their attention, just to be told that they could not hook my car up to the computer to see why my service engine soon light is on due to not having enough staff. They would not let me return window vents that I had a receipt for. Last 86$ I spend in there.
Don't know how to answer the phone. On hold with the automated voice saying they will be with me in a moment. 5 mins and no answer is not a moment.
I bought an air filter that wasn't kept in stock and was delivered the next day. Went to pick it up today and the female at the counter told me they do not install filters. Hmmmm, that's odd considering they do install batteries, which I believe are more difficult to install. I said this to he female and she said "yeah that would be cool if we did." Wow, what an answer. No apology or anything.
