They sold me the wrong part and when I came back in to exchange my part. That told me that I didn't buy it at the store. They could find me in the system. They accused me of stealing and that I had already returned the item. They were pretty rude. I wouldn't do business with them ever again.
I purchased a car battery from another auto parts store which was too short staffed to install it (it just seemed discourteous to ask them given the workload they had.) I stopped by Advance Auto Parts, and even though I didn't purchase the battery from them, they installed the battery for me for the nominal charge of some corrosion seals. The gent who did the install was incredibly good natured and competent. All of the employees I interacted with were accommodating and helpful.
Always order online put in the code for more discounts. Then go to the store and pick up parts..
Really friendly staff and super helpful. The guy this morning was great. Really appreciated his help and will get all my parts from here from now on.
I needed a 12 volt compressor which didn't have but help figure out a temporary way to bypass it
