Refused to honor a product exchange with receipt in hand. Lazy, unmotivated people who'd rather turn you away instead of taking care of business. Crazy how people lie about policy when Google exists and your customer service team insists that you should take care of my issue. Makes sense why so many carquests and advanced autos are closing across the country!
Today I had my coworkers car start dying at work so we ended up jumping it with my jump pack and driving it to the nearest automotive part store around and advance auto was the closest so, we ended up getting the car there turns out the serpentine belt got shredded to bits on the way to the store and the battery was bad, the lady’s in there gave us a huge helping hand and actually went hands on and replaced the serpentine for us(they didn’t have to do that) and they stayed until 9:33pm way after they closed just in case we w... read more
