Came in for a battery return but Shawanda was a Rude and nasty person! I had to buy another battery because she was incompetent and couldn’t help at all! I do not recommend this place!
I called them to inquire about a battery. There was a male on the phone who was assisting me. Then I was placed on hold without notice. Then, a woman got the phone and tried to help. Then, I began to hear abusive language in the background. It sounded like a customer and the man I was on the phone with had a verbal altercation.
