This place is so pathetic. LaDawna had an appointment yesterday and they said, " we're running two and a half hours behind " so she had to leave to get to work. This morning they were telling everyone, " we're running two and a half hours behind ". We said no inspection, just an oil change. will not honer a part with lifetime warranty,they show the purchase under my name but the item i bought and the date is wiped out...such a poor trick to pull so if you dont have a reciept from them for your part if its 1 day or 2 years your screwed they erase it so they have no proof of selling it to you...when the other auto parts stores do and will stand behind their lifetime warrant parts with or with out a receipt because they keep records..advanced what a slimeball move doing that to people..i wont ever buy from you aga... read more
