Went here and got a cabin air filter. They were busy and I was still in and out in less than 5 minutes. Great service!
They had what I needed in stock for my online order. Unfortunately, when I arrived, they said it was already picked up. Turned out it was returned by their delivery driver already, so I was able to leave with what I needed.
I came in looking for a product and simply asked the associates which one they thought was the best, just for their opinion. The first associate said he didn’t know and then asked another who also said he didn’t know. No effort, no suggestions, and no kind of customer service at all. Very disappointing. I won’t be shopping at this location again—and maybe not at Advance Auto at all—because of the nonchalant service.
