Dude isn't sober enough to collect a part number and he expects me to deal with his unprofessional tone telling me he isn't a secretary because i said the part number loud and clear, fyi I called 5 other shops before him to check prices he's the only one to get a tone, so I told him Noone else had a problem with my description and took my business elsewhere.
