Great customer service, knowledgeable staff.
I bought a new battery and had them install it along with the battery terminal protectors. After it started a little odd a couple times I looked into the battery terminal protectors and found that the woman who installed them did it incorrectly. The directions say DON'T put the dielectric grease directly on the terminal post, which is what she did. They also say to put some grease on the felt pad which she did not do.
