I was traveling on a LONG trip with a trailer and was 400 miles away from my destination when the nut holding on the ball on the hitch came off. Miraculously, I was able to safely pullover after nearly losing the trailer after it jumped out of the hitch. This store saved my trip by helping me select a new ball and correctly installing it for me. Advance Auto rocks!

I generally don't review places because I've missed the mark myself before and wouldn't want it advertised all over but I ordered a power steering reservoir cap and it's been 4 days since they claimed it was coming from a store 50 miles away. I've called everyday to see if it's there and it's one excuse after another.
